Influencer is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of AbigailBadu.LLC.

Nothing creates a joint venture or employment relationship.

2. Content Ownership & License

All content created for or in connection with AbigailBadu.LLC:

  • May be reused, reposted, edited, or repurposed by the Company

  • Grants AbigailBadu.LLC a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license

  • Includes social posts, photos, videos, testimonials, captions, and likeness

3. Disclosure & FTC Compliance

Influencer agrees to:

  • Clearly disclose sponsored or affiliate relationships

  • Comply with FTC guidelines

  • Use proper hashtags such as #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate

Failure to disclose constitutes material breach.

4. Brand Alignment & Morality Clause

Influencer agrees to:
