We currently ship within the United States. We looking forward to opening up our international shipping. Digital orders are available for all US and international customers.

We are excited to get your order to you! Please note that production times may vary depending on the time of year, product stock status, and order size.
Orders received by 1PM EST on business days will be processed and sent to production within 24 hours of successful payment processing.
Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed and sent to production on the next business day.
For digital orders, your file will be available for download on the Order Confirmation page immediately after a successful checkout. You will receive a standard order confirmation email followed by a separate email containing a download link.
Please note the following regarding your digital download link:
-Your download link will expire 24 hours after the time of purchase. If your link has expired, please contact us at support@abigailbadu.com and we will send a new link to the email address used at the time of purchase.
Please be aware that fulfillment timeframes may vary from order to order. During holidays and peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use your tracking number to view the latest updates on your shipment through our tracking page.

Your order may still be in production. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard US domestic orders to be fulfilled. Your tracking number will become available once your order status has been updated to Fulfilled. If you have not received your tracking number after 7 business days please contact us at: support@abigailbadu.com.

We offer standard shipping and work with multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL.

Yes. However please note that only orders placed through the store ship to military addresses via USPS. Please be aware that delivery to military addresses may take between 15 and 30 business days.

Yes. From our product manufacturers to our shipping process we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and offering eco friendly options wherever possible.
We partner with Native to offset all CO2 emissions associated with every order. A portion of the proceeds from this shipping method is used to fund projects around the world that reduce carbon emissions. By choosing this option our customers are able to offset the average emissions associated with product manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and expected product care. The estimated offset cost is $0.16 per product before taxes or its equivalent in other currencies.

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request any changes to your order. After this window has passed we may not be able to accommodate your request as your order may already be in production.
Abigail Badu LLC accepts returns in the form of exchanges only. We do not offer cash refunds.
