Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States. We looking forward to opening up our international shipping. Digital orders are available for all US and international customers.

When will my order be shipped?

We are excited to get your order to you, though order production times depend on several factors: such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.

  • Orders received by 1PM (EST) on business days, we aim to production within 24 hours of successful processing.

  • Orders received from weekends will be processed and sent to production on the next business day.

  • Digital Orders:

    • After sucessful checkout purchased, your order is available for download in the Order Confirmation page. You will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.

      • This link will expire 24 hours after the purchase.

      • If a customer clicks an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

Please note that the exact fulfillment timeframe can differ from order to order; during holidays and busy times, these times may vary.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on your tracking number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.

Why haven’t I received my tracking number?

Please note that your order might still be in production – please allow up to 7 business days for non-military and US domestic orders. The tracking information will become available once the order status has changed to “Fulfilled”.

What shipping methods do you use?

We offer standard shipping and have work multiple carriers such as: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes, however, only theStore ships to military address via USPS. Be mindful that delivery may take up to 15-30 business days in these circumstances.

Do you offer sustainable options?

Yes. From our product manufactures to our shipping process, we are continuing to limit our carbon footprint and offer as many eco friendly options.

Aside from offering these environmentally friendly options, we work with Native, to to offset all CO2 emissions associated with their order. Profit from this shipping method will be used to fund projects around the world that reduce carbon emissions. By choosing this option, our customers are able to offset the average emissions ($0.16 without taxes per product or its equivalent in other currencies) associated with product manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and expected product care.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

Though rare, in the event that you need to make changes to your order you will have to reach out to us at marketing@abigailbadu.com so we can assist you.

You will have 24 hours to contact us at marketing@abigailbadu.com to change your order. Understand that Abigail Badu.LLC only accepts returns in the form of exchanges only.

Do you offer memberships?

How did you know? Yes, our InsidHers membership is available in both monthly and annual options. Annual memberships offer all the benefits of the monthly memberships in addition to annual free shipping.
