Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be extended during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods without notice.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
Domestic & International Shipping
We ship within the United States and select international locations.
International customers are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
AbigailBadu.LLC is not responsible for delays, seizures, or refusals caused by customs authorities.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
AbigailBadu.LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced.
Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:
All digital sales are final
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges
Access cannot be revoked once delivered
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Physical Products
Including journals, merchandise, and shipped items:
All physical product sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect selection
Size or preference issues
Shipping delays
Minor cosmetic variations
Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical item arrives damaged or defective:
You must contact support@abigailbadu.com within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number and clear photo documentation
Approved claims may receive a replacement only, at the sole discretion of AbigailBadu.LLC
Refunds will not be issued
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy.
AbigailBadu.LLC reserves the right to:
Revoke access to digital products
Deny future purchases
Contest chargebacks with supporting documentation
