Let’s Do It!
Abigail Badu is a Christian lifestyle blogger who loves healthy living, exploring unusual places, animals, and playing food critic!
A native of Kumasi Ghana, Abigail came to the U.S. with the goal to achieve an education in communications; which she got from Liberty University (let's get'em Flames!). Following the education she received, Abigail decided to live in the city filled with culture and growth, Washington D.C. However, who knows, maybe you'll find her in another town very shortly😉.
Abigail has worked for a couple of health and wellness corporations, but her heart has always been in growing people mentally and emotionally. Seeing that her passion was and still is leaving each person better than she found them, she decided to refocus her energy and time in her blog and encouraging others. She has been doing so since 2017.
When she's available, you'll find Abigail exploring national refuges, local hole in the wall businesses. She enjoys creating new recipes for her loved ones, pushing herself at the gym (let's pump some iron!) and catching up with her squad over tea and pho. When she's isn’t busting her butt at work, you'll find her working with local charities and mentoring programs to provide young people the opportunity and knowledge that all dreams can and ought to be achieved no matter their circumstances.
If you're looking for Abigail, you'll find her hanging out with her best friends, sipping on ginger orange tea while watching reruns of Fresh Prince of Bel Air, or playing with her bunny Olive.
